The eSmokeFuture reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The eSmokeFuture may change, add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify the services offered on this website at any time without prior notice.
You must be over eighteen (18) years of age and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.
eSmokeFuture will not sell our products to minors.
eSmokeFuture also reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Shipping, Availability, Refunds and Returns
Free shipment is available for Ireland Customers on purchases over €30.00
Please note: Orders to none-residential address like an offices or commercial address (you) the purchaser takes full responsibility for the item if signed by a third party.
The eSmokeFuture is not responsible for items signed-for but not received at the requested delivery address.
We aim to process, and ship orders the same working day if payment is made before 12.00 noon; otherwise, the next working day.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.
Please note that most shipping couriers do not collect and deliver parcels on Saturday’s, Sunday’s & Bank Holidays.

Your order can be collected within an hour after payment has been taken. This option is available on all orders placed Monday-Sunday before 17:00 Excluding Bank Holidays. Orders must be picked up before 18:00 or collected the next day. Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email confirming this.
Your order will be delivered to the address indicated during the purchase. Orders placed before 14.00 noon Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.
Order placed after 14.00 will be shipped next working day.
- An Post registered: €5.00 – shipping the same day for orders placed before 14.00 Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Shipments outside Ireland
Please note: The eSmokeFuture makes no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import our devices to any Country. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of the device(s) and by placing an order is authorising eSmokeFuture to act on their behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to the selected destination. Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.
The purchase of products from eSmokeFuture are governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The descriptions and images on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. The eSmokeFuture try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by Irish Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in Ireland to which the eSmokeFuture and the customer hereby submit.
To the extent allowed by the law, the eSmokeFuture shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, or the transmission of your personal information over our systems.
Payment is due before goods are despatched.
The eSmokeFuture reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue.
We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards through Viva Wallet.
The total price of the products ordered will be the price shown at the time of the order. The full purchase price as well as the cost of packaging and shipment will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you commit to the order.
All our products are duty paid in the Ireland and the purchase price includes VAT (sales tax) at the current rate. Any additional duties or taxes payable by customers outside the Ireland are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Placing goods in your cart does not “reserve” them or guarantee that you will be able to order them. Your order is not complete in the system until you have returned to our site from the PayPal payment site, having fully completed payment. Therefore, if you have limited stock or fast selling products in your cart, they could sell out if someone else is purchasing the same item at the same time and completes checkout before you.
If you forget to order something and place another order later on, please do not ask us to combine your order or refund shipping costs. Multiple orders may automatically be combined by our batch processing system or they may not, depending on where the two orders are in the batch, and it’s not something we can alter or accommodate.
Customers in the Ireland have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7(seven) working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The original postage and packing costs will not be reimbursed, and you must pay the return shipping costs. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All returns must be sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.
If making a return during your cooling-off period, Items returned must be in unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. Returned items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions or a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Returns are only accepted if you have contacted us via email for authorization prior to the return and the return has been sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.
We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you feel it necessary to return an item, we will make the returns process as simple as possible.
Returns – Faulty Products or Damage in Transit
We will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund If the products being faulty or damaged in transit.

You may return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
You will be required to return the product, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice. On receipt we will issue an exchange or refund.
Please make sure you see individual product for individual warranty – most e-Cigarette products are considered to be disposable. Additionally some products only have a “Dead On Arrival (DOA)” warranty. Please see our Product Warranty.
Unfortunately in these circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status on your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payments). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
For Health & Safety reasons we do NOT accept returns of e-Liquids.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can do our very best to assist you promptly.
E-cigarette batteries and atomisers are consumable items are expected to degrade and fail over a period of time (depending on usage) and this is reflected in our keen pricing. We check all products when we receive them from the factory and again before we ship them to you but in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is non-operational from the start, it is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA) and will be replaced (at our own cost) provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt and provided we have sufficient stock of the item on hand and that you adhere our returns policy.
Due to the high probability of accidental misuse in today’s multi-voltage vaping environment, atomisers, and Tanks/Clearomizers are non-returnable /non-refundable for any reason with the exception of the DOA terms. Longevity, performance and taste are not covered under warranty. Tanks/Clearomizers are sold as single use items and are warranted under the DOA terms if they fail to “fire-up” on first use only or if they do not show a resistance measurement when checked with a multi-meter, and if you notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Replaceable battery cells and their associated chargers are covered by a 30-day warranty if used in accordance with the instructions and only with the recommended accessories supplied by eSmokeFuture. Your warranty is invalidated if you use our products in combination with other products or accessories not supplied by us due to the potential for damage caused by unknown incompatibilities.
E-liquids, cartridges and drip tips may not be returned under any circumstances for safety and hygiene reasons.

Note that replacement products or parts assume the remaining warranty of the original purchase (not an entirely new warranty period).
All products are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Viva Wallet our payment providers, use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks. We do not store any card data.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with the eSmokeFuture and shall not pass to the customer until such time as eSmokeFuture has received payment in full of all sums due on whatever account.
